Somewhere I just heard Willie singing, "In the air again, I just can't wait to get in air again..."
2.5 hour layover in Taipei, Taiwan waiting for the next leg of the flight on to San Francisco.
EVA Airlines is a great way to fly!
And they serve REAL meals and are you ready for this.... they use real (as in not plastic) metal utensils.

that is the international way you know. when Amy & I went to England I believe we kept the fork and spoon. we thought they were so cute :)
